How long will my order take to arrive?
Every piece of Blackbird Clothing is made to order. Please check our site banner or social media channels for current turnaround. If your item is for a particular date/occasion, please drop us a message for a more accurate estimate.
How much is postage?
If you spend over £65 you'll qualify for free postage. Under £65, postage is based on order value and as follows (2nd Class Signed For):
£0 to £10.25 - £2.25
£10.26 to £29.99 - £2.95
£30 to £64.99 - £3.95
£65+ - FREE!
My baby has adorably chunky legs so will your leggings be too tight?
Please select YES under wide cut for leggings. Some listings might not show this so please add a note to checkout.
I’ve got an older child who i’d like to buy for. Can I do that?
Please get in touch and we’ll take it from there.
What is your returns policy?
If you wish to make a return or request an exchange please get in touch within 14 days of your receipt of your item/s. I will then provide you with a returns address and the item/s must be returned to me within a further 14 days. Please note that you will be responsible for postage on any returns. If your item is lost or damaged in transit you must seek reimbursement for your item/s from your postal company and no refund will be provided by us. We will only accept back items which have not been worn (other than trying on) or washed. If an item is returned to us and shows signs of this then it will be sent back to you and no refund will be provided. Please note that no refund or exchange will be provided for personalised or custom goods.
I placed an order and it hasn't arrived yet?
If an item has been sent and it hasn't arrived, a period of time must pass until the item is deemed 'lost' (from Royal Mail’s guidance). If after this time the item still has not been delivered, a replacement will be made and sent. In no circumstances will refunds be given for undelivered items.
