Returns Policy

If you wish to make a return or request an exchange please get in touch within 14 days of your receipt of your item/s.
We will then provide you with a returns address and the item/s must be returned to us within a further 14 days. 
Please note that you will be responsible for postage on any returns unless the item is faulty. If your item is lost or damaged in transit you must seek reimbursement for your item/s from your postal company and no refund will be provided by us. 
We will only accept back items which have not been worn (other than trying on) or washed.
If an item is returned to us and shows signs of this then it will be sent back to you and no refund will be provided.
Please note that no refund or exchange will be provided for personalised or custom goods.
